Red Arrow 2 NEW machine in Unisoft EU

Red Arrow 2 is a new machine which intorduses revolutionary innovation. Unisoft EU company based in Krakow, in February, invested in the production hall in Węgrzka in form of a dynamic machine for the production of children’s books – Zachini Red Arrow 2 with an impressive set of 10 feeders. This machine, known as Red Arrow, has impressive capabilities of processing up to 200 sheets per minute, setting efficiency standards at a new level.

It specializes in cardboard books for children and has a unique technique “Page to Page”. A special advantage of Zachini Red Arrow 2 is the advanced glue feeding system, which provides an extremely precise control over the process of applying cold glue to the selected parts of cardboard. Thanks to this unique system it is possible to glue sheets containing cutouts or additional inserts in the form of puzzles. Regardless of the complexity of the design, the machine maintains full control at each stage – from folding to glue application, giving users unprecedented customisation options.

Unisoft EU is thus taking another step towards a revolution in the production of children’s books, enabling the creation of unique, interactive works that will be fully adapted to the expectations and needs of the youngest readers.
